Haiti Disaster Relief
For the past 3 years Impact for Community Change has developed brighter futures for disadvantaged individuals facing indigent educational, economic, social, and health outcomes across the world through donations and distribution. One of the countries where we have an immense impact is Haiti. On August 14, 2021, we were devastated to hear that a 7.2 magnitude earthquake affected the Southwestern region of Haiti.
In an effort to help our Haitian community, Impact For Community Change team up with Love Your Menses to provide relief to residents affected by the earthquake and other external factors.
We were able to distribute hygiene items, medical supplies, beauty supplies, menstrual products and a small monetary donation to Health Centre Sainte Agnès de Beaumont and community members in Grand'Anse, Haiti.
