Who We Are

Impact for Community Change (IFCC), is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Irving, Texas. Founded by Dr. Joli Blount, IFCC aims to develop brighter futures for disadvantaged individuals facing educational, economic, social, and health outcomes.

Services & Initiatives

IFCC offers a range of programs designed to uplift and support underserved communities:

Mentorship Programs: Originally established to provide young boys with positive male role models, IFCC has expanded its mentorship initiatives to serve a broader demographic.
Health Education: The organization conducts health education programs aimed at promoting wellness and informed health choices within the community.
Disaster Relief: IFCC actively participates in disaster relief efforts, including international initiatives such as Haiti Disaster Relief, providing aid and support to affected populations.
